Refunds/Exchang
No credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, made an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
There is no refund on goods purchased.
We do not accept returns of food, perishable products or books.
Goods will only be accepted for exchange or store credit if returned within seven (7) days undamaged, unopened, unused and in original packaging. Goods are returned at your own cost.
Delivery of Goods
At present, estimated despatch time is 3 to 5 business days. This will vary from time to time depending of the volume of goods being despatched. Once your order leaves our premises, the delivery times of the carrier apply.
The popularity of our products may cause us to be out of stock of an item from time to time. If we are expecting back-ordered stock to arrive, we may postpone your order to allow us to ship the entire order. If extended delays are anticipated (more than two weeks), we will ship the order, minus the out-of-stock items, and refund you the cost of the out-of-stock items. We will not ship back-ordered products.
Cupcake Savvy does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods once they leave our premises. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit, we will do our best to ensure you have all the information necessary to make a claim against the carrier.
