Problems Ordering? - Credit Cards & Passwords
March 2, 2010

We have had several customers contact us lately to let us know they are experiencing some trouble placing orders using their Credit Card.

The issue is that they are being asked for a password after entering their credit card details.

This will occur if your bank has enrolled your card in the Verified by VISA, or MasterCard Secure Code schemes.  These are anti fraud schemes designed to protect from online fraud.

If your bank has enrolled you in one of the anti fraud schemes mentioned, during a transaction, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you will be required to enter a password to verify your identity.  If you have not set up a password with your bank, you should be able to do so by calling your bank's regular number for internet banking or credit cards.

Once you have set up your password, you will be able to place a trouble free order!
