• Do I need a credit card to make a purchase?

    No, you do not need a credit card.  We accept direct bank transfers either online or at any branch of the ANZ bank. Details of our account will be shown when you proceed through Check-out.  We also accept money orders (which can be purchased at any Australia Post outlet).

  • If I make a Credit Card payment, will my credit card details be safe and secure?

    The Web Showroom is the company who designed our website.  They also host our site.  The Web Showroom has very secure measures in place to protect your credit card details.

    When you make a purchase using your Credit Card, you will be re-directed to the Web Showroom's secure site.  They have created our site to support Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) based transaction to the level of at least 128-bit SSL encryption.

    Credit Card details are immediately deleted form the Internet Server and the firewall in use is regularly updated.

  • What method of postage do you use?

    Depending on the size of your order and your location, we will use either Australia Post or a courier service.

  • How long does despatch and delivery take?

  • Do you ship to international locations?

    Yes, we ship internationally.

    International Customers are now required to place orders via email.

    If you wish to place an order, you will need to provide the following information in your email:

    • Your Name
    • Full Delivery Address
    • A List of products you wish to order including quantity.

    Once we have received your order request, we will formulate a PayPal invoice for you including shipping costs. 

    All international orders will be sent via Air mail unless otherwise requested.

    Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days.  If for any reason it should take longer, you will be advised via email.

    All prices listed are in $AUD and payment will be required to be made via PayPal. 

  • Do you supply your product on a wholesale basis?

    Yes we do. Please contact us for all your wholesale needs. Conditions Apply.

  • Do you make custom-made cupcake stands?

    Custom-made stands generally take longer to organise because they are a one-off design.  Once you submit your requirements, an invoice will be generated.  On receipt of payment,  the stand can take up to four (4) weeks to complete, plus "normal delivery times" apply.
