• Do I need a credit card to make a purchase?

    No, you do not need a credit card.  We accept direct bank transfers either online or at any branch of the ANZ bank. Details of our account will be shown when you proceed through Check-out.  We also accept money orders (which can be purchased at any Australia Post outlet).

  • Can I still pay by credit card if I don’t have a Paypal account?

    Yes.  Just click the button that says "No I don't have a Paypal account" and you will be redirected through to the payment page.

  • What is Paypal and why do we use it?

    Paypal is a Global Trading & Financial service used to process your credit card payment in a secure environment. Paypal is one of the safest ways to send money online.   • By using Paypal, are there any extra charges?

    No, you do not incur any fees for using Paypal.  Cupcake Savvy absorbs all fees.

  • What method of postage do you use?

    Depending on the size of your order and your location, we will use either Australia Post or a courier service.

    Yes, we ship worldwide via Australia Post.

  • Do you supply your product on a wholesale basis?

    Yes we do. Please contact us for all your wholesale needs. Conditions Apply.

  • Do you make custom-made cupcake stands?

    Custom-made stands generally take longer to organise because they are a one-off design.  Once you submit your requirements, an invoice will be generated.  On receipt of payment,  the stand can take up to four (4) weeks to complete, plus "normal delivery times" apply.
